keep messages at top and new chat alert 1.3.7/8

Hi all,

For some reason i cannot get these to work.
I searched the forums and use different codes and files posted, but for some reason i cannot get it to work.
The keep messages at top work, but then the sounds fail, and the bbcodes and smileys buttons wont stay open.
Or i have sound and the messages at top, but the chat scrolls to bottom, don't even know if the chat alert works then.

I have installed 1.3.7 and tried 1.3.8 from github, on both i fail.
I even have tried comparing files in winmerge, but with different linebreaks, that fails horribly.

You probably are getting sick of these posts Rich, but im out of options, and hoping you can provide a solution.

Use the attached js file and do not forget to do the edits to the other files per the addon(s) instructions.

well for some reason it isn't working for me
if i use this one, the sound is lost, it keeps messages at top though, but the chat alert doesn't work.

Owh and the bbcodes and smilies tab also closes on F5.

You need to be using the 1.10.2 jquery file

Because im an idiot and recommend using the files that come with the mod ? And don't test what other users post for support... ??
I don't know what file you use here rich tbh ,because i think you would be using the latest version haha

i would have it that file worked on my forums, but it didn't, and im the idiot when it comes to jquery so
