The changes are all still in local. Before the upgrade, all mod (collapsible categories, top stats, jquery fade headers, etc) were working perfectly after the upgrade works not nothing more: (I feel obliged to put back the old version where everything works perfectly ...There is certainly a conflict with the mChat script

You have to refresh the template in the ACP after making that change and you don't want to use the ACP to change it. You need to provide a link...trying to help for a local install is just plain impossible.

Yes RMcGirr83, I did. I do not know what to do, the problem is only in this update on 1.3.5 went perfectly ...

Edit: I restored the original data, install the update to 1.3.6 and everything works perfectly. The problem arises only in 1.3.7.

The problem is all related with totemticker... remove all that code and check if mchat works.
If it those you need to declare var $jQ=jQuery.noConflict(); and put all totemticker $ as $jQ
