Maybe will possibility create new Group only with one user and sending mails to the this Group, but how i can do? Some idea?

Contact Board Administration - only for me
Hi, i'm use this MOD, but missing me one configuration setting. I have 2 Admins on Board, but i want sending mail from contact form only for one of them. My settings is here.
Maybe will possibility create new Group only with one user and sending mails to the this Group, but how i can do? Some idea?
