I installed Mini-Chat Version: 1.3.8 using automod. I have Display New Posts set to Yes.
It says "You must have the add-on for new post notifications installed (within the contrib directory of the mod download)." so I downloaded the zip file for the mod again from the website and located notification_new_topics.xml. Is there a folder I need to place this file in or automatic edits I can make with automod so it works?
notification_new_topics.xml installation help

Re: notification_new_topics.xml installation help
I'm blind as a bat and should probably be banned, but this will help others surely if they google it. If you used automod:
(1) Open the Administration Control Panel
(2) Click AutoMOD
(3) Click Details under phpBB mChat
(4) Scroll down to MOD Name: mChat Add-on: Notifications of New Topics and click Install
(5) If you haven't already goto .MODS and change "Display New Posts" to Yes.
(5) Refresh your Templates
(1) Open the Administration Control Panel

(4) Scroll down to MOD Name: mChat Add-on: Notifications of New Topics and click Install
(5) If you haven't already goto .MODS and change "Display New Posts" to Yes.
