display mchat in a box and add welcome user feature?

Hello Thank you very much for your support.

I would like to add a few things in my mchat but don't know how to do this.
1. In the rmcgirr83.org, the mchat is shown within the box with a clear border. How can i make my mchat to be the same?
2. In the rmcgirr83.org, at the top of mchat box, u have this TEXT that say " Welcome user to rmcgirr83". This is very nice and i would like to add to my mchat.
3. Is it possible to change the mchat text author from @User to By User?

Ed the style he is using is prosilver based. Simply look at the stylesheet.css file for verification.

I Thanks u very much for all your support. I have made changes accordingly and now i have the mchat int the box and also welcome user display on top.

Just one more, The messages are display at the centre of the box. It is possible to move the messages to the left below the user name?
And i can't find @ at the mchat_avatars.html and mchat_no_avatars.HTML TEMPLATES. I would like to change it to By-username instead of @-username if possible.

Activate the mod for guests and yes you need to replace all @ with By if that is what you want.
