Hi RMc,

I’d ask you what do you think about this my request [url=http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=72&t=1648055]Show first post only[/url]. On phpbb.com i didn't get any answers, but i think that it isn't a complicated mod 'nd in my opinion it would be very useful to get more registrations in own board.

In addition to the mentioned features i'd add a option in ACP for enable/disable the mod.

Let me know what do u think and if you could make it in the future. It would be great!

Thanks a lot for the answer RMc, but i thought it was easier to make...

I've made some attempt but don't get anything, neither errors. I'll try with some other tests, if in the meantime you can give me other advices, i'd appreciate it

What would you say to make a mod based on that? For me it's already wonderful in this way but building a mod with error message would be great.

Not sure about an error message but you could append the topic in viewtopic giving guest a statement to login to see the rest of the message.

One thought though, you would have to get rid of the hard coded language entries....which is one of the easiest parts to mod. Give it a shot and if you get stuck, give a shout.

Hey RM,

Finally i’ve written the mod on xml. My cousin (Primy) has written other functions that i cannot understand.

So, since I don’t know if everything is correct would be happy if you could check out the mod.

Anyway I put you as author if it’s ok for you

Looks pretty good..not really sure about the code as I haven't installed/tested it.

Also, while I am flattered that you put me down as author, please remove it as it is not me that wrote the code in the zip and I don't plan on supporting this mod.
