adding phpbb3's terms and conditions to a custom page

Hi,

How can i add phpbb3's terms and conditions page to a custom page so members have to accept or decline before proceeding to the custom page ?

Im using the following method for my custom pages...

I haven't got a ready made php file at the moment.

This is what i would like to use the turms and conditions page for....

I would like to create a link on my website called: Apply for a show... When someone clicks this it takes them to the terms and conditions page, Next after reading the terms and clicking Accept they get sent to the Contact Board Admin page.

Does this make sence to you?
