You either didn't run the installer or you didn't make the edits to includes/constants.php.

I have runned installer ... few times 
but I didnt change anything in constants.php ... so what I need to change in that file ?

You need to open the install.xml file in your browser and do what it says to the files involved. Use a strict text editor like notepad++ (free).
