Hello,
Just wondering if there is a reason why new members can't view member profiles and groups from the bottom legend.
Is it because of http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... &t=1947925

Re: New user permission
The permissions for Newly registered members in a default install of phpBB are all set to "No". You can change this in the ACP->Permissions->Group Permissions and choosing the Newly Registered group and changing the permissions for that Group.
