How to exclude users in CSV who has: Administrators can e-mail me information:
set to no in the controlpanel?


EDIT:
Im having problems with importing csv with http://www.phplist.com/
Getting this error:

You probably have to remove the first line of the csv file.

Looks like there is several problems. Spaces in usernames results in 2 collums. Dont know if thats an issue though.

Try saving it as a tab delimited text file. This has nothing to do with this mod but rather that infinitely gigantic POS phplist.
