In my admin control panel, under 'General'. About half of the modules don't work and it just goes to a blank page (including board settings).
Any ideas?

What mods do you have installed? A blank page is a sign of a suppressed php error. You may want to look at includes/acp/acp_board.php as a start.

The original contact board mod was for 3.0.5, you should be using [url=http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=1952015]the latest version[/url] which will install just fine and has it's own configuration settings found under the .MODs tab of your ACP once installed.
