phpBB3 Only Admin Edit Post

Hi RMcGirr83,
I modified your MOD "Only Admin Edit Post" to have a deeper hierarchy of permissions about staff group, so the founders can modify all posts, the administrators can modify all posts except admin posts, the global moderators can modify all post except admins and global moderators posts and so on...

I would ask you if you want to include my code in your modifications.
