I had mChat working and then this morning I found it broke, when I tried to fix it, it ended up fixing the problem but now I got 4 mChat boxes on the index page! Help!

I unistalled it and reinstalled it, anyway I changed a setting or two and it worked, I was talkin all night on it! But then again when I woke up, it was like this!... I never changed any settings and I'm not going to!

You have, probably, uploaded the wrong html file. Try uploading the other that comes with the mod and then refreshing the style in the ACP after doing so.
