Newly Registered users do not have auths to download attachments in posts.
but how dong do I wait before being able to download man?

if you can't fix it with ducktape you ain't using enough

Well, if you have two tabs open for example and one is an mChat tab, you will see the tab FLASHING when somebody posts in there. Try it. You will see it here.
