Well look in the mchat.css file and iirc look for input.mChatText and adjust font-color or post the css file between the [code] tags ,too add a size use font-size: 11px; ajust 11px to suit size needed.

You not only have to refresh the theme but you also have to reload your browsers cache (usually CTRL + F5).

hello, i have troubles in Omega style.My mchat is looking like this after installing it with instructions. Forum is in polish lang (but no helpon polish php forums). Any ideas?

You need to refresh your theme for that style in ACP
Then you need to refresh your browser

im refreshing all in ACP everytime im adding anything into forum. Still got same issue,maybe forum adress and login will help.

Same problem here. i replaced the mchat.css and in the stylesheet.css is the mchat included. I cleard the cache via acp and my own Browser cache but its still bright.

You have to refresh the theme for the style, not clear the cache.

Ah yes I was tinkering with installing mChat on some strange Style and forgot about that refresh-cache combo for a moment, 10 minutes of life "wasted"
However it works now, on the new version it went actually pretty much faster to put the mChat on the forums, it works pretty good ^_^
The Dark file from this topic changes pretty well from "non-readable" to "readable" on Dark Styles

I'm still not understanding where we are supposed to replace the mchat.css. I am using extreme Red theme.
