as you all can see now there are 2 default styles for phpBB3, proSilver, and subSilver2, most of the MOD authors are making MODs based on proSilver, will it be a requirement for MOD authors to use both subSilver2 and proSilver in their MODs? or does that depend on the Modder? because I'm planning on using a style based on subSilver2, and it would suck bigtime if most of the MODs are based on proSilver.
lol

I remember it was being mentioned that all MODs should be written for prosilver mainly and mod authors are welcome to write the code changes for subsilver 2 as well but optional....
IOW prosilver is a must and subsilver 2 optional
If you have any troubles with the styling of prosilver I can help you since for more than 10 days I ve been playting around with each and evey nook and corner of it

The documentation is still pretty confusing about where the style edits have to be mentioned and all... I wish they would provide a good solid example covering all the key areas they have mentioned in the guidelines.....

Re: [phpBB3] MODs and Styles
I have to admit this pisses me off too.
I have come across many mods I want to use but simply cannot because there is no subsilver2 support.
But from my experience if you request it and state your interested to the mod author there is a high chance they will add subsilver2 support.
Example being AJAX registration checks mod.
