Admin Modules

I just started looking at the code of the Beta2 and was trying to figure out how exactly the admin modules are set up. Would anyone be able to give me some tips?

Thanks!

EDIT: Just looking looked over it a bit more and figured out how all the modules are different classes all with a main() functions that contains the code. However, I can't see how the modules are installed or how the organization is set up.
