Redirecting Time Reduce

Dear Friends,

How to reduce the time of redirection to the index page after logging in and after posting too...

i am using phpbb3 RC4. Expecting the guidance.. thanks :)

tsk tsk this should be in mod authors hidde :P knowledge base is for tutorials and guides rather thn questions :P the problem it self i don't have the solution to lol.
