Classes & functions & includes, oh my!

Okay, I'm working on a standard MOD Database install script, and I'm having a few logic issues...

I'm using a copy of the Blinky install method (install_mod.php) and right now I'm editing that to suit my needs. Currently, I am importing a file that holds the install configuration for a MOD that is to be installed within the function 'main'.

I need to know if within other functions within the class whether the contents of the mod configuration file is included, and how to get to it.

Within the config file, I have some arrays. One of which is $mod_config.
How do I call this array in another function? Is it $this->mod_config, or something else?
